The experience was mixed during my two-night stay as a solo traveler. The room had a modern design and was quite spacious, which I appreciated. However, I faced some issues with the coffee machine and tea kettle as their cords were too short to reach the socket, and the reception staff seemed unaware of this problem. On a positive note, breakfast was excellent, and I enjoyed the proximity to attractions like the PSV Museum and the bustling city center, which were just a short walk away.

The location is perfect for exploring downtown, but the room lighting is insufficient for reading at night. Nearby, I enjoyed bike tours available around the hotel.

The cleanliness left much to be desired as the room had a significant amount of dust on surfaces, which was disappointing. Additionally, the pillows had an unpleasant odor, making my stay less enjoyable overall.

city center and the airport. Our Art Double Room was not only spacious but spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the lighting in the room could be better for reading. Overall, a great stay.

Spacious room with a fantastic hot tub in the Spa Suite made for a relaxing stay. The personal touch of a welcome note and biscuits was lovely. Location couldn't be better—walkable to many local shops and Wiesen, a Michelin Star restaurant. The room, however, had cleanliness issues. the glass shower exterior was dirty with handprints, and the balcony was littered with cigarette butts. Also, the room's lighting was inadequate, making it hard to read in the evenings. Staff were friendly, but I expected more attention to cleanliness considering the room rate.
